is this safe for cats?

reading through reviews im seeing some debate but most are very good? some complaints of bad smells but nyquil smells like death and it helps humans so idk. i want to wash my cats because they’ve been scratching a lot and am hoping this will help. i’ve tried giving them hemp treats a couple years ago but cats refused to eat them, i cant smell so i dont know if the treats smelled so ill use the dropper and drop the oil directly into their mouth.
